  1. Make ready 2 cup fresh rose petals
  2. Get 2 tsp Poha
  3. Get 4 cup water
  4. Take 1 pinch red colour or few kesar strings
  5. Take 2 tsp lemon juice
  6. Get to taste salt
  7. Take 1 bottle drinking soda
  8. Make ready As needed Ice
Instructions to make Poha Rose Mocktail:
  1. Wash the rose petals with fresh water 2_3 times.Boil 4 cup water in a pan with rose petals.
  2. Wash the poha & soaked for 10 minutes.Then grind it in mixie with 1 tsp of water till it become a smooth paste
  3. Now add this grinded paste to boiling water & rose petals.
  4. Boil for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Now add a pinch of eatable red colour or few stings of kesar.
  6. Boil for another 5 minutes.
  7. Switch off the flame & stain the rose petals through stainer
  8. Let it cool down. Then take a seving glass,pour 1/2 cup of rose water,1/2 tsp lemon juice,salt & drinking soda with ice
  9. Serve cold.
