  4. For frosting: add icing sugar in bowl and mix 200 ml of milk mix it and keep it in freezer for 30mins
  5. After 30 minutes split the frosting in 2 bowl in one bowl keep it aside and another bowl add lemon essence and lemon curd to mix and keep it for 30mins
  6. In one bowl add corn flour 25gm and mix to keep aside
  7. After 60mins cake baked well
  8. Add lemon curd frosting cream
  9. After add white cream frosting
  10. Atlast you can decorate as you wish

So easy to put together and there's no baking. I made this recipe but changed it to a strawberry ice box cake. I substituted a package of frozen sweetened berries for.
