- Mix with spatula it will be like the thick lumpy paste. roast it with continuously the flour gets some colour and get toasted Aroma of the flour.
- Then add dry ginger powder, almonds powder,cardamom powder and mix well.now add jaggery. when jaggery melt then turn off the flame quickly mux it.
- Now pour into the greased plate when it will down slightly cut slice into desire shape and garnish it with almonds.
