  8. now one at a time pick each shrimp by tail droping into hot oil carefull not to brun your self, drop away from you. putting about 10 shrimps in pot at a time
  9. fry untill golden color.untill you fry all the shrimp.
  10. place fryed shrimp on a cooling rack for excess oil to drip
