  1. Pre heat oven to 400°F. Melt 2 TBL BUTTER IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN
  2. Blend the sour cream into the Bisquick
  3. Add the soda & mix to incorporate
  4. Add the cheddar, bacon bits, & chopped jalapeños until incorporated
  5. Place on baking sheet & dot the top of each biscuit with butter. I baked my biscuits for 20 minutes - your mileage may vary depending on oven true temperature
  6. When finished, remove from oven & allow to rest before removing from pan
  7. Only thing left to do is plate a bisquit
  8. I like mine with a bit of organic raw honey
