Now again evenly apply mixed fruit crush on upper layer and then evenly apply whipped cream on top and sides of the cake. Level up with the help of spatula. - Meanwhile cut fruits of your choice for garnishing. I have used apple, kiwi, sweet lime and pomegranate. Apply some edible gel on apple slices. This will prevent apple slices from turning black and also it will give shining.
