- Heat the ghee and roast the gond until it pop-ups and turn golden. Let it cool and then grind it to make fine powder.
- Now rost the semolina on medium flame till it started to become brown.
- Now roast flex seeds in a pan till it pop ups. Let it cool and grind it to make fine powder.
- Now in a mixer grinder put fenugreek seed, ajwain,fennel seed and grind it to make fine powder.
- Heat the jaggery in a pan until it started to melt. (U can also heat it in a microwave for 30 sec).
- Now mix all the grounded ingredients and sampling. Now add turmeric,dry Ginger powder,asafoetida,poppy seeds,raisins, crushed cashew nut and almond and dry dates.
- Add melted jaggery and warm ghee and mix it properly.
- Now take small amount of it and make it round to make laddo.
- Alsee and gond ke laddoo is ready.
