- Rose syrup is ready.Take a pan combine the condensed milk,shredded coconut,cardamom powder,food colour,&salt stir together.
- Put the pan on the stove on medium fleme until the mixture thicken &leaves the sides of the bowl.Cut the 3 nos of betel leaves into thin strips combine them with the condensed milk mixture.Divide into 5parts.Take one part of the green mixture &flatten it like a disc,in your hands using ghee,if needed to mixture ball in the center &cover it bringing the sides of the flattened green mixture around it
- Roll in the dried sweetened coconut &Set the truffles aside.Repeat with other 4 parts.
- Refrigerate truffles to cool.Serve with vanilla ice cream toppec with rose syrup.
