- When milk thickens and come to cream colour add paneer and cardamom powder let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame only
- Add conference milk or sugar stir softly and let it simmer for 10 minutes if you have add sugar if condensed milk than 5 minutes add saffron soaked in milk
- Kheer is ready garnish with chopped dry fruits serve chilled it will give taste like rasmalai π
