  1. Grease 9x13 1/2 inch tube pan with nonstick cooking spray. Reserve 1/4 cup cranberry sauce for frosting.
  2. In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, & salt. Add remaining cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, & grated orange rind, mix well. Stir in orange juice.
  3. Pour into prepared pan. Bake un 350 degree oven for 75 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn cake out onto cake plate. Cool completely.
  5. To make frosting: combine butter, powdered sugar, & reserved cranberry sauce. Beat until creamy. Frost cooled cake.
