- Heat oil in a pan and fry flatten rice. Let it cool down completely. Crush with hands to form a coarse powder.

- Now heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and fry edible gum on medium flame till it puffed up well. Now crush it little bit in a mortar and pestle. Mix it with sesame mixture.
- Now add in the crushed flatten rice to this mixture, and mix well.
- Now melt 1 cup ghee in a pan and pour it over the mixture of sesame, flatten rice and edible gum, add dry fruits and elaichi powder.
- Mix everything very well and make lemon sized laddus.
