- Knead the chhena first and make small balls out of it. In a pot add water and misri powder in 4: 1 ratio. dissolve the misri in water and let it come to a boil then add chhena balls into this and boil in medium high flame for 15 mins.
- Then take it out.
- Meanwhile heat milk until reduces on third of it's quantity then turn off flame add misri according to taste and add the chhena balls too.
- Garnish with saffron and pistachio.
- Note: let it rest for at least 3-4 hours before servig.
