- Deep or air fry pork cutlets until crispy, approx 30 mins @ 150 degrees. Deep frying is faster, approx 15 mins
- Drain pork and set aside
- Combine sauces and water in bowl (without corn starch mixture) and mix well until Marmite is dissolved. Bring to boil in wok or pan
- Add pork into the sauce and pour corn starch mixture until thicken. Coat evenly
