    1. Heat ghee in a pan and fry almonds, cashews, gond and makhana.
    1. In a another pan dry roast the coconut and melon seed for 2-3 min.
    1. Add powder sugar into a big thali/tray. Then add gond and crush it with the help of flat bowl/katori. Then add makhana and crush it also. Then add almonds and cashews and crush them as well. Just like this crush all the dry fruits. You can also crush them seperately and then mix them together. Both options are fine.
    1. In the crushed gond mixture add melon seed, grated coconut and raisins and mix them well.
