  2. Take 1 tbsp peanut powder
  3. Get 1/4 cup curd

  11. Prepare 6-8 curry leaves

  3. Mash the steamed pumpkin add salt, sugar, peanut powder, curd and mix well
  4. In a tadka pan take oil add cumin, mustard, hing later add curry leaves and red chili powder and pour over pumpkin mixture.
  5. Garnish and serve
