  1. Prepare 1 Bowl Maida
  2. Make ready 1 Tsp Carom Seeds
  3. Get 1 Tsp Salt

  1. Mix maida, salt, carrom seeds, black pepper and ghee in a bowl. Mix properly. Knead a stiff dough by adding water slowly. Keep aside for 10 min.
  2. Now divide the dough in 3 equal parts. Add green colour in 1 part. Knead again. Add orange colour in other part and knead it.
  3. Now make mathris of your desired shape and fry them. I have made flower shape mathris.
  4. Roll one part by a roller pin. Cut round shape by a cutter or round katori. Now make cuts by knife and fold in shape of leaves.
  5. Fry them on medium flame in oil. Enjoy 😊
