  2. Add dals, turmeric & salt in pressure cooker. Cook it on high flame until 3 whistles. Then simmer the heat. Cook it on slow flame for 10 minutes. Switch off gas. Let steam release. Open the lid.
  3. For tempering : Heat ghee/oil in Kadhai. Add Jeera. Saute until brown. Add chopped onions. Once translucent add garlic paste. Saute it. Add finely chopped tomatoes. Mash all with spoon. Add all spices. Mix properly. Saute all until oil separates the kadhai
  4. Now mix boiled dals. Mix well. Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with chapati or Jeera rice.
