- Heat one tbsp clarified butter in a pan
- Add grated carrot and saute for 3 - 4 mins and keep aside.
- Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
- Once boiled keep it in a low flame.
- Add grated and fried carrot.
- Stir occasionally,cook till thickening of the milk
- Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- Add cashew nuts,raisins and almonds and mix well and turn off the flame.
- Once cooled add the crushed jaggery and mix well
- Garnish with almonds and serve.
