- Take a wok add milk then milk boil add soaked rice and carrot mix and cook for slow heat.
- After half an hour blend the pudding then add milk powder,raisin and jaggery powder mix then flame off then mix 2 tsp clarified butter.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder garnish almonds and sugar balls serve hot or cold.
