- Take a pan add sugar then sugar melt and change the colour,sugar ceramalized keep a side.
- Take a bread slice cut edges and grind make a bread powder.
- Take a cake tin add ceramel syrup keep a side.
- Take a pan pour milk,sugar and custard powder mix and whisk then cook after thick then add 1tsp butter and flame off.
- Then add bread crumble for three steps one by one process divide on three parts and mix one by one.
- Then mixture pour in cake tin.
- After 40 minutes cool and set in fridge for 3 or 4 hours.
- Take a wok add water and set a ring then custard steamed in 40 minutes.
- After cool demould and garnish sugar coated balls and released ceramel.
