- Then pour over the peach layer
- Refrigerate till set
- Sprinkle gelatin in cold water,let it rest for few minutes
- Heat sugar, cream and vanilla till mixture get one boil
- Do not heat the mixture too much
- Remove from the heat, add white chocolate and gelatin mixture
- Stir till both get dissolved well
- Let it cool for few minutes
- Pour over the jam layer
- Refrigerate till set
