This vegan lemon cake is pure lemony perfection! The recipe is based on our vegan vanilla cake, with lots of lemon flavor added in via lemon zest and lemon extract and of course, a delicious lemon buttercream frosting and lots of lemon zest as decoration. - Pour it out in a baking dish well greased, tap it to release all the air. Bake on 160 degrees for 40 min or till done. when cool down a bit soaks it with syrup.
- Finally, mix in all the ing under frosting and spread it on a cake. Covering each and every side.
