- Brush the balls with the plain unsweetened yoghurt
- Leave the buns to rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake the buns at 250C / 480F for 10-12 minutes
- Let cool on a wire rack.
It is not as easy and light to knead as my white bread. maybe it builds muscles! Whole-grain flours such as whole wheat and rye contain a small amount of fat which can quickly turn rancid. Store these flours in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The taste is a cross between rye and whole wheat with a slight flavor of orange. Caraway and orange peel may be adjusted to taste.
